What is included
One branded voucher design, one revision and ready-to-use digital files. Give us your logo, voucher offer, values, currency and preferred style. You must have permission to use any materials you provide. New concepts or further revisions need a separate agreement.
Annual subscribers
Your first paid annual subscription at US$200 includes one complimentary design. It is a one-time first-year benefit and does not provide a new design at every renewal. If you already paid for our monthly-plan design, that design fulfils this benefit.
Monthly subscribers
The design service is optional and costs US$50 once. This is separate from your US$30 monthly subscription. Choose Stripe or PayPal after saving your brief. We queue paid design work only after confirming payment with the provider.
Delivery
Standard delivery is within 12 hours after we receive your complete brief and, where required, verified payment. Missing information or requested revisions may affect completion. We use your verified account email to contact you about the design.
US$50 annual upgrade credit
If you paid US$50 for your design while subscribed monthly, you can apply that payment towards your first US$200 annual subscription when upgrading within 90 days of the design payment. The annual payment is then US$150. Request the credit from your design request page before upgrading, so we can verify the payment and confirm the subscription change.
One credit per business. It is not a cash refund, cannot be reused on renewals and is unavailable if the design payment was refunded or reversed. Monthly subscription payments are separate and are not part of this credit. A request does not automatically change or charge your subscription.
Use your design again
You can keep using your design across occasions and years. Each voucher you issue needs a new unique code from your available allowance. You can use your own artwork instead; purchasing our design service is not required.
Your annual sales guarantee
Applying an approved design credit does not reduce the US$100 first-year annual sales guarantee. Claims require review and administrator approval. Read the full guarantee terms.
